spyski!

…there are times when the whole exercise becomes so laboriously frenetic that you half expect the Army officer from Monty Python to stride on stage and close the show down on the grounds that it is getting too silly.

But for the most part Spyski! proves genuinely entertaining as a Rosa Klebb-like character carves up the opposition with a Black and Decker drill, the body count piles up, and love blossoms between our actor-turned-secret-agent hero and an attractive nurse. “I once thought of becoming a nurse myself,” our man muses, “but it all seemed a bit selfish, so I went into acting instead.”
